Officers are appealing for witnesses after a serious collision on Pulley Lane in Shrewsbury.
Emergencies services were called around 8am this morning (Tuesday 29 October 2019) to reports of a collision between a red tractor and a red moped.
The rider of the moped (a man in his 20s) suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital by air ambulance where he continues to receive medical care.
