The family of a 20-year-old who died in a collision near Kidderminster have paid tribute to a “funny, energetic and caring” young man.
Officers continue to appeal for information about the incident that led to the death of Owen Bate from Kidderminster, who has now been formally identified.

Around midnight on Saturday 11 September a black Vauxhall Corsa was being driven northbound on the A451 Stourbridge Road when it left the carriageway at Ismere.
No other vehicles were involved in the collision and enquiries are ongoing.
The family said their “son, brother, grandson and loving boyfriend was always on the go and had a real love of motorbikes and cars.
“He always had time for everybody he met. There was nobody quite like Owen. His beautiful character touched us all.
“He was taken from us too quickly and has left a huge hole that can never be replaced.”
Officers would like to hear from anybody who may have seen the car being driven in the area or anyone who may have captured the car on dash cam.
