A 39-year-old man was seriously injured in a collision on the A451 in Dunley on Friday night and police are appealing for witnesses to come forward to establish what happened.
At about 7.30pm the man was riding a Yamaha motorcycle which collided with a garden gate, propelling the man to the ground.
He suffered serious injuries and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or has dashcam footage of it or the motorbike before the incident happened, is asked to report it online under the Tell Us About section at https://www.westmercia.police.uk/tua/ quoting incident 594 of 20 May.
