Can you help us with our enquiries following an assault that happened on the A49 near Shrewsbury?
The incident happened around 7.30pm on Friday 14 October in a layby on the A49 at Leebotwood.
A woman in her 20’s suffered facial injuries.
It is believed a silver car may have witnessed the incident.
Officers ask the driver of this car, or anyone else who may have witnessed the incident, or captured it on dash cam, to please get in touch.

Piers Halligan, 24, of Temeside Gardens, Ludlow, has been charged with a number of offences including false imprisonment, kidnapping and assault causing grievous bodily harm.
He appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Courton Wednesday 19 October and is next due to appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court on 16 November.
