Officers in Hereford have charged a man following a house fire in the city at the weekend.
Timothy Dimbylow, aged 29, has been charged with arson being reckless as to whether life was endangered, being in charge of a motor vehicle while above the legal limit, and common assault.
He was due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today (Monday 21 August).
