Witness appeal following hate crime in Ledbury

We’re appealing for witnesses following a hate crime incident in Ledbury at the weekend.

Shortly before 3pm on Saturday 29 April a 12-year-old boy was verbally assaulted by woman who shouted homophobic insults at him.  The incident took place on the playing field off Long Acres in Ledbury, close to the leisure centre.

The woman is described as white, large build, medium height, with black hair and was wearing a black top and possibly jeans.  She had a number of children with her at the time.
