A Kidderminster man has been charged with several offences related to an incident at Spar in Droitwich on Tuesday (3 December) and is due to appear in court.
Matthew Martindale, 42, of Lion Street, Kidderminster, is charged with causing racially/religiously aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress with words or writing; common assault, assault by beating, theft from a shop and criminal damage to a property valued under £5,000.
Martindale is due to appear before Kidderminster Magistrates Court today (Thursday 5 December).
