Witness appeal following incident on A5

Police in Shropshire are appealing for witnesses after a woman fell out of a moving motorhome earlier this morning (16 May).

It happened at around 9.30am just before junction 7 on the A5 eastbound. A woman in her 60s sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to hospital.

PC Helen O’Connor said: "We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen the incident take place or who has dashcam footage. Anyone with information is asked to contact me on 07870154668 or by email on [email protected] quoting incident number 104i of 16 May."
