Two people have been arrested after a 44-year-old man was found with serious injuries in Langdale Drive in Warndon in early hours of Sunday morning (3 August).
Officers were called to the incident location around 1am after a report was received that a man was injured.
It is thought that the incident started on Grassmere Drive and officers believe the victim may have been hit by a vehicle.
Two men, aged 18 and 38, were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm shortly afterwards.
The 38-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
They have both been released on police bail as enquiries continue to establish the full circumstances of the incident.
