A prolific shoplifter from Malvern has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) for two years that bans her from multiple stores in the town.
Jodie Green, 33, of Elgar Avenue, Malvern was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, at Worcester Magistrates Court today (Friday 12 December).

Green (pictured) was also given the CBO which lasts until 12 December 2027 and prohibits her from entering the following stores: -
She is further prohibited from being in any retail premises with three named individuals and from refusing to leave a premises when asked by someone who has authority to do so.
Police Sergeant Jason Maiden of Malvern SNT said: “We are pleased to get this CBO for Green who is a prolific shoplifter in the town. Anyone who sees her breaching this order should call us on 101 and report it.
“It follows Wednesday’s sentencing of her brother Jordan at court and shows we will continue to clamp down on retail crime and put those involved before the courts.
“Shoplifting can affect retail prices, insurance premiums and damages local communities through fear of crime so we will not let up on our efforts to stamp it out.”
