The family of Joe Millard, who sadly died earlier this week in Stourport, have paid tribute to him.

Police were called to an address in Oak Apple Close around 9.50am on Monday morning (29 September).
The man was found unresponsive inside the property and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. He has now been named as 31-year-old Joe Millard.
Joe’s Mum has paid tribute to him on behalf of their family:
“Our family is broken at the loss of our beautiful Joe. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, cousin and nephew, and was at the heart of our family. He was always there for you when you needed him.
“Joe lived life to the full and always had a smile on his face. He had a beautiful soul and was loved by many - his loss will be felt by everyone that knew him."
A 36-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the incident has been bailed as enquiries continue.
