A second person has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping in connection with an incident in Worcester.
The man, aged 30, is currently in custody as enquiries continue.
A 45-year-old man, who was arrested earlier this week, has been released on bail.
Officers were called to Hazel Close at around 7.20pm on Tuesday evening (30 September) following reports that a man appeared to have been forced into a white van.
The 25-year-old victim managed to leave the van uninjured prior to it being seen by officers at a petrol station on Tolladine Road.
