Appeal following bleach being thrown over a man in Kidderminster

We are appealing for witnesses after a man had bleach thrown over him in Kidderminster on Sunday 7 December.

Around 3:20am a man was evicted from the Nu Bar on New Road.

The man returned and threw a bottle of bleach over the victim and then scratched his face, neck and arm.

The victim sustained injuries to his face and body but has since recovered.

A 50-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent and has since been released under investigation.

We are appealing for anyone to come forward who witnessed the assault.
