Mo joined West Mercia Police in April 2001 and has spent most of her career in local policing roles across Shropshire and Telford. She was promoted to Superintendent in 2019 as the Local Policing Commander for Shropshire before taking on a force wide role in Crime Management and Criminal Justice and also led the West Mercia Professional Standards Department.
Mo was temporarily promoted to the Chief Superintendent role for Local Policing across Shropshire and Telford in April 2025, which she thoroughly enjoys and is committed to delivering great policing for the communities in Shropshire and Telford. She is a Strategic Firearms Commander and was a Hostage and Crisis Negotiator for many years prior to taking up this most recent role.
Outside of work, Mo enjoys playing netball and spending time with her family.
