We will:
- Conduct speed enforcement on high-risk routes within the safer neighbourhood area and other areas identified by residents as a concern.
- Inform and educate road users in respect of legislation governing the roads, using pop-up events, social media and Neighbourhood Matters.
- Target individuals suspected of committing offences using the road networks and take positive action to address this.
We did:
- Speed enforcement across the area using our new TruCAM capability
- Vehicle seized for no MOT
- Male arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle, which was located and recovered by local officers
- Vehicle seized for no MOT, tax or insurance
- Motorbike seized for no insurance
- Social media messaging in relation to mandatory driving requirements and the dangers of speeding
- Addressed concerns around dangerous parking and blocked pavements outside local schools to ensure clear, safe routes for children, parents and residents
- Male charged with dangerous driving and failing to stop for Police in Bromyard Town Centre

Issue: Anti-social behaviour

We will:
- Deal robustly with people committing anti-social behaviour, making use of available legislation and civil orders.
- Ensure officers are visible in areas identified as of heightened concern to divert offenders and prevent harm.
- Educate members of the public around anti-social behaviour, using pop-up events, social media and Neighbourhood Matters.
We did:
- High-visibility patrols carried out around the town in areas known for ASB
- Met with Kempson Players Committee where local concerns relating to vandalism and ASB were addressed
- Community Protection Notice issued to a male causing distress to others
- Youth interviewed by local officers in relation to an assault, subsequently referred to the Youth Justice Service who will now intervene and educate

- Provide a wrap-around service for all rural burglary victims within the safer neighbourhood area, providing crime prevention advice and resources.
- Deal robustly with poaching offences and wildlife crime offenders making use of all legislation available.
- Educate and inform members of the public around aspects of rural crime via pop-up events, social media and Neighbourhood Matters.
We did:
- Carried out a reassurance visit to a Bromyard business following an alarm activation overnight
- Attended Whitbourne Parish Council meeting where discussion took place around rural crime and relevant prevention advice provided
- Carried out a reassurance visit to Hope-Under-Dinmore where a burglary had taken place
