Your Safer Neighbourhood Team
Your Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) is a group of local police officers and staff dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of police officers, special constables, police community support officers and volunteers, supported by additional officers and staff from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for your area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on preventing and reducing crime, protecting the vulnerable and providing reassurance across Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and Worcestershire.

- Robustly deal with any repeat retails offenders through making use of relevant legislation to diver offenders and prevent harm.
- Ensure officers are visible in high demand retail areas at key times throughout the day
- Engage with local retailers to address concerns and share relevant intelligence -

Action taken:
Target high demand areas and utilise powers under the Public Spaces Protection Order.
High Visibility patrols in Hot Spot areas throughout the day
Make referrals to relevant agencies for those who consent to partner agencies -
