We will:
- Conduct speed enforcement on high-risk routes within the safer neighbourhood area and other areas identified by residents as a concern.
- Inform and educate road users in respect of legislation governing the roads, using pop-up events, social media and Neighbourhood Matters.
- Target individuals suspected of committing offences using the road networks and take positive action to address this.
We did:
- Speed enforcement in Luston, scanning 40 drivers with 2x warnings given
- Female charged with driving whilst disqualified and with no insurance in Leominster - vehicle seized
- Male charged with drink driving in Leominster
- Liaison with DVLA following receipt of intelligence relating to a person driving with medical concerns

Issue: Anti-social behaviour

We will:
- Deal robustly with people committing anti-social behaviour, making use of available legislation and civil orders.
- Ensure officers are visible in areas identified as of heightened concern to divert offenders and prevent harm.
- Educate members of the public around anti-social behaviour, using pop-up events, social media and Neighbourhood Matters.
We did:
- Community Protection Warning issued to female causing distress to others
- ASB Level 1 letter issued to young person causing a nuisance
- High-visibility patrols carried out across Hotspot area in Leominster Town Centre
- Female charged with 6 counts of retail theft, Criminal Behaviour Order application submitted
- 95 youths engaged with at Leominster Priory Church where personal safety and ASB were discussed

- Provide a wrap-around service for all rural burglary victims within the safer neighbourhood area, providing crime prevention advice and resources.
- Deal robustly with poaching offences and wildlife crime offenders making use of all legislation available.
- Educate and inform members of the public around aspects of rural crime via pop-up events, social media and Neighbourhood Matters.
We did:
- Carried out a reassurance visit to Leominster burglary victim following the theft of a sentimental item
- Vehicle stopped being driven by males known to be involved in rural crime across North Herefordshire and intelligence submitted
- Property marking event of garden tools and equipment
- Attended Orleton event to address local concerns and relay crime prevention advice
- Secured a caravan suspected to be stolen
