Your Safer Neighbourhood Team
Your Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) is a group of local police officers and staff dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of police officers, special constables, police community support officers and volunteers, supported by additional officers and staff from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for your area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on preventing and reducing crime, protecting the vulnerable and providing reassurance across Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and Worcestershire.

Anti social Behaviour - This is a priority for the next three months based on resident feedback, crime data and ongoing local concerns.

- Deal robustly with people committing ASB, making use of available legislation to divert offenders and prevent harm.
- Ensure officers are visable in areas of heightened concern.
- Conduct further neighbourhood surveys to identify areas of concern. -
Priority:
Criminal Damage: This is a priority for the next three months based on resident feedback, crime data and ongoing local concerns.
Action taken:
We will:
- Conduct high visibility patrols in problematic areas.
- Deal robustly with people committing offenses using policing powers.
- conduct further neighbourhood priority surveys to identify areas of concern.
- Provide crime prevention advice to local neighbourhoods being targeted by offenders -
Priority:
Speeding: This is a priority for the next three months based on resident feedback, crime data and ongoing local concerns.
Action taken:
We will:
- Deal robustly with people committing offences, making use of available equipment such as a Trucam and Speed monitoring devices.
- Complete enforcement campaigns, offering advice, guidance and awareness as well as enforcement.
- Ensure officers positively target areas of heightened concern.
- Conduct further neighbourhood surveys to identify areas of concern.
